Part-Time Office Assistant- Must Be Available Two (2) days per week Preferably Monday & Wednesday
We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Part-Time Office Assistant /Girl Friday, to join our small team. This position starts at 2–3 days per week, with potential to grow into more hours over time.
Responsibilities:
• Data entry - Bookkeeping - Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payables, also help with billing and receivables if needed.
Payroll- Help with preparation and processing of payroll checks in a timely manner.
General Support - Provide administrative support to company's principal.
Requirements: Minimum 4 years experience , great communications skill, Knowledge of MS office , Quick books as well
• Answering and order materials from vendors making phone calls when needed
• Filing and organizing paperwork
• General administrative/secretarial support
Knowledge of the web, to interact and post or repost articles to potential and current customers.
• Willing to help in Warehouse shipping if needed.
Requirements:
• Must be available on Mondays & Wednesdays (these days are flexible)
• Must be comfortable speaking on the phone, working alone and helping in other areas as needed
• Resume required
• No experience necessary but preferred – we will train the right person
• Must be dependable, organized, and able to follow directions
• Must be able to pass a background check
