Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Location: Chatsworth, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $21 – $22 per hour (DOE)

We’re a growing company based in Chatsworth seeking a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a positive first impression while providing dependable administrative support to keep our office running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional, welcoming manner
Answer and direct phone calls, manage emails, and handle general inquiries
Maintain organized front office operations, supplies, and scheduling
Support team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Assist with creating simple graphics or documents using Canva
Manage Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, etc.) for daily operations
Coordinate mail, packages, and office deliveries
Provide general office support to management and staff as needed
Qualifications:
2+ year of receptionist or administrative experience preferred
Intermediate computer skills required (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, email systems)
Experience using Canva for basic design tasks (flyers, social posts, presentations)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Friendly, professional demeanor and reliable work ethic
