📢 Personal Assistant Wanted – Help Manage My Businesses + Personal Tasks
I’m looking for a reliable and motivated Personal Assistant to help me stay organized and on top of things across my three businesses, plus a few personal tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and enjoys variety in their work.
🔹 About the Role:
You’ll be helping with:
• Day-to-day admin and scheduling
• Social media support (posting, research, engagement)
• Online research and data entry
• Organizing files and documents
• Light personal errands or planning (occasionally)
• Other tasks as needed to keep things running smoothly
🔹 Must-Haves:
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft or Google workspace, email, etc.)
• Comfortable with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Good at online research and problem-solving
• Organized, dependable, and proactive
• Great communication skills
🔹 Bonus if you have:
• Experience with content creation or website creation.
• Knowledge of marketing or business tools (like CRMs, schedulers, etc.)
• Flexible availability
This is part-time to start, with potential to grow.
