FULL TIME OFFICE ADMIN/ASSISTANT
We are a Restoration and General Contracting Company, located in Van Nuys, CA. We are looking for a new member to bring into our office full time. We are looking for someone that has a 'CAN DO' attitude with the ability to problem solve when needed. This person MUST be able to communicate clearly to all staff and clients with proper professional phone manner. You will be trained by Management and work directly with the Management as well as with one of the direct Owner's, so it is crucial that the individual posses the ability to multitask.
Microsoft Office software
HIGH Data Entry - QuickBooks and In-house programs/phone applications
Answering phones and screening before transferring
Social Media for both companies

M- F 830am to 5pm
You will have two paid 15 minute breaks and an unpaid 30 minute lunch break. We have a kitchen!
Pay is hourly, paid every Thursday of each week; rate will be discussed upon interviewing. There is a 90-day probational period.
