Job Description:
We are a family owned business who deals with motion picture/photo gear equipment rentals. We are looking for a rental agent to join our team in Glendale, CA. This is an entry level position.
Details:
Full Time - 40+ hours per week.
Monday thru Friday: 8:30 A.M. – 5:15 P.M.
and alternating Saturdays 9:00 A.M.- 12:30 P.M.
Full benefits Package in including a 401k, health insurance, and PTO.
Compensation: $23.00-$26.00 per hour based on experience.
Job Duties include but not limited to:
Customer service
Servicing customers by email
Answering phones
Taking orders
Invoicing customers
Filing paperwork
Experience with with Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Filemaker Pro
Requirements:
Team player with a positive attitude
Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills in person, on the phone, and by email
Self- motivated and driven
Must have good time management and organizational skills
Can multitask in a fast paced environment
Looking for someone who is extremely reliable with an excellent work ethic.
Experience in the Motion Picture Equipment Industry would be helpful and useful
Punctuality
Must have high school diploma or GED
