Computer skills: (a must)
MS Word/Excel, Outlook at must, Power Point, Photo Shop, Share File and all basic computer software.

Answer telephone calls and designate to appropriate person
Manage Principal's time, calendar and appointments
Support Principal and Project Managers
Scheduling for staff appointments
Compose letters/emails as directed by Principle
Develop proposals and contracts
Complete and issue contracts, change orders, proposals, etc.
Manage project and case files
Create job files for new jobs, online and paper
Keep paper files in order and file paper documents
Prepare job binders, and update when needed
Provide information and assistance for the website and marketing materials
Make reservations for flights, hotels and car rentals as needed
Bank deposits as needed,
Responsible for all postage and mailings
Hourly wage DOE.
