We are looking for an experienced, highly organized Office Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting multiple departments, and has strong administrative and bookkeeping abilities.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and assist with general accounting
Prepare reports, reconcile accounts, and support financial tracking
Assist with scheduling, communication, and document management
Support HR and payroll processes as needed
Provide bilingual support to staff, vendors, and customers (English & Spanish)
📚 Required Skills & Experience:
Bookkeeping experience required
Excel proficiency (spreadsheets, formulas, organization)
QuickBooks experience strongly preferred
General accounting knowledge
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
💼 Preferred Experience:
Experience in a bakery, food production, restaurant, or small business environment
Familiarity with payroll or HR processes
