• SALES: Must be strong at sales and capable of turning leads into rentals. You will actively participate in the marketing of your facility. Sales includes but is not limited to, showing and renting units, merchandise sales, marketing, and collection efforts.
• ADMINISTRATIVE: You must have strong organizational abilities for administrative work. Proficient computer knowledge that includes strong typing skills, a high comfort level with the internet, and the ability to learn new software programs, is essential for this position. Office work includes, but is not limited to; paperwork, completing reports, filing, and accurate data entry. Must have outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.
• CUSTOMER SERVICE: Creating an exceptional customer service experience is of prime importance to our Company. You must get along well with people; be able to create a welcoming environment and be able to prioritize the customer’s needs. Customer service interaction includes, but is not limited to, answering phones, greeting walk in customers, customer retention, friendly service, strong listening skills, sense of urgency, display of enthusiasm and pride in your property, and knowing your property inside and out.
• MANUAL LABOR: You will have light maintenance duties on the grounds including but not limited to cleaning storage units, cleaning and organizing the office, cleaning the public restroom, sweeping and mopping. Light maintenance is a requirement of this position. This position will require standing, the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, twisting, reaching, and going up ladders, and sitting.
Successful applicants will undergo a background investigation (criminal and credit) and a reference check.
An active non-restricted driver’s license is required
Experience with storage software is preferred.
