We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support a busy CEO in a fast-paced, mission-driven office. This is an in-person role — perfect for someone who thrives on structure, variety, and meaningful work.
Hours: 20–25 hours per week
Starting Pay: $19/hour with opportunity for growth
Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day administrative and scheduling support to the CEO
• Manage correspondence, file organization, and document preparation
• Assist with follow-ups, data entry, and team coordination
• Help maintain project tasks using platforms like Asana and Slack
• Support general office operations and special projects as needed
Requirements:
• Prior administrative or executive assistant experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Must be reliable, coachable, flexible, and eager to learn
• Knowledge of GoHighLevel, Asana, or Slack is a plus
