We’re seeking a sharp, reliable, and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our property management headquarters in the San Fernando Valley. This role supports daily office operations, interacts with tenants and vendors, and helps keep our maintenance and leasing workflow running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer phones, route calls, and respond to tenant inquiries
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor scheduling
• Manage digital files, emails, and office documents
• Prepare notices, letters, and bilingual correspondence
• Assist with leasing paperwork, onboarding, and compliance forms
• General administrative support to ownership and management
Requirements:
• Must speak English, Spanish, and Hebrew fluently
• Must live in or near the San Fernando Valley (no remote applicants)
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and fast learner
• Comfortable with computers, spreadsheets, and basic office software
• Property management or real estate experience is a plus, but not required
