A very busy construction company specializing in painting and drywall is seeking a full-time Contract Administrator to join our team. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can prioritize tasks, manage project documentation, and support daily administrative operations with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Enter new projects into company systems
Verify and organize incoming project files
Prioritize and manage tasks to meet department deadlines
Maintain and organize all open projects
Release projects daily for billing, payments, and labor using company software
Communicate effectively with superintendents to ensure accurate project information
Update project files with new documents
Assist management with various administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Strong ability to analyze information
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Excellent task prioritization and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Motivated, goal-oriented, confident, and energetic
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Ability to take initiative and solve problems effectively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

The right candidate will be dependable, proactive, and able to keep projects organized while supporting multiple priorities. Construction industry experience is a plus, but we welcome candidates with strong administrative experience and the right attitude to learn.
