A well-established wholesale fabric distributor to home décor companies is in need of an Office Assistant for a full-time position. Below are the job responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Inventory Management
- Invoicing
- Data entry
- Updating databases and lists
- General administrative duties (copying, filing, etc.)
Looking for an individual who is:
- Self-motivated
- Strong work ethic
- Pays close attention to details
- Follows up on tasks
- Team player
- Willing to take and follow directions
- Comfortable with MS Office
- Work experience with general office, clerical work, or related area
