We are a fast pace growing company, one of the largest in our field. We are in need of an Account Coordinator to manage all of our accounts. The successful candidate will need strong customer service and interpersonal skills. We are looking for a professional with leadership and interest in developing long-term relationships with our clients.
-Writing and reviewing Proposal and Sales Contracts.
-Dispatching site assessments.
-Manage lead generation and product information disbursement.
-Manage Proposal and Contracts for Sales Reps.
-Liaison between Production Department & Sales Department.
-Support Sales Reps.
-At least 2 years of account coordination or management experience.
-Excellent telephone, written, and customer service skills.
-Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, and CRM program.
Wages/Benefits: This is a full-time hourly position. We offer Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K.
