Welcome patients with genuine warmth and professionalism 💕
Manage calls, texts, and appointments with precision and care
Guide patients through scheduling, services, and payment processes
Support the team with daily operations and client follow-ups
Maintain a polished, organized front desk and lobby area
Deliver an elevated experience from the first “hello” to checkout 💎
💉 What We’re Looking For
Experience in a med spa, aesthetic office, or hospitality setting preferred
Medical Assistant certification a plus (not required)
Confident communicator with strong multitasking skills
Knowledge of beauty, skincare, or injectables is a bonus
Proficiency with booking software (AestheticsPro, GHL, or similar)
Friendly, reliable, and solution-oriented
