Additionally, there is an opportunity available for an acupuncturist who has an existing practice he/she wants to grow. In this case, the new acupuncturist would receive overflow clients. This person must be a good fit for current practice. Interest in gynecological health and fertility is a bonus. Currently, the existing acupuncturist is at capacity and needs support and this is a great way to give your current practice a boost or a foundation to grow from. About the Space: The office has a central waiting room and receptionist area, kitchen, storage cabinets, and 6 treatment rooms (acupuncturist uses 3 of these treatment rooms 4 days a week). Currently four of the treatment rooms are furnished, one will be empty and has a built-in cabinet and another is currently being used as storage. Filtered water, tea, and internet are included. Reserved parking privileges availability depends on days of the week and is additional, but street parking is available. For additional rent/fee there is a full-time office receptionist who is available for support depending on the needs of the prospective tenant.
Rental Fees without front office support – 1-year commitment required:
One room full time – all yours 7 days a week: 1450.00
One room 1 day per week: 600.00
One room part-time (3 days a week): 1050.00
One room 5 days a week: 1350.00
Daily: $150.00/day
Open to other configurations/arrangements
Rental fees with front office support negotiated on an individual basis and dependent on needs.
