Driveway is secured with an electric gate and there are monitored security and cameras + motion sensor lights. Very safe! You’ll be allowed to put a lock on the unit for additional security. You may enter during normal daytime hours or evening with advance notice.
This storage unit is perfect for entertainment industry equipment, art or craft supplies, household storage or machinery and eqiipment or whatever, as long as it’s legal. No car parking - may consider a motorcycle.
Absolutely no living or working in the unit. You may spend an hour or two organizing etc. but no actual working without prior authorization. Absolutely no filming, content creation, porn, drugs or anything illegal whatsoever.
Will do a credit check. Will need to sign a contract. Unit does not include insurance. You must get your own if needed. First and last upfront.
