The plates are in used preowned condition.
They comply with the year of manufacture program (YOM). Correct for a 1956-1962 Passenger vehicle car.(no trucks)
The DMV issued the letter "U" in 1960 correct for a 1960 passenger car.
The DMV will issue the proper month sticker when registering.
The License plates are Clear Guaranteed (The DMV has no record and they are not in the DMV system). I will provide the required DMV form.
