Preowned condition original paint 1963 Black California License plates. The plates have scratches dings paint loss and wear around the mounting holes.
I have contacted the DMV and the plates are not assigned to any car.
They are clear no record not in their system. Which means it is ok to register these to your car foreign or domestic. (No Trucks)
The DMV issued the letter "R" in 1966 correct for a 1966 passenger vehicle.
They comply with the year of manufacture program (YOM)
The DMV will issue the proper month sticker when registering.
The License plates are Clear Guaranteed (The DMV has no record and they are not in the DMV system). I will provide the required DMV form
