Key Responsibilities:
Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in real estate transactions
Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and marketing strategies
Conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations
Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts
Negotiate transactions effectively to achieve the best outcomes for clients
Stay current on market trends, property values, and legal requirements
Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with clients.
Qualifications:
Active California Real Estate License (required)
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Professional, ethical, and client-focused mindset
