Property Management is seeking a licensed California Real Estate Agent to assist with leasing residential apartment communities throughout Sherman Oaks, Studio City, and the surrounding San Fernando Valley.
THIS IS 1099 CONTRACTOR OPPORTUNITY NOT AN EMPLOYEE/ONSITE POSITION.
Compensation:
Earn 50% of one month's rent for each successfully leased unit.
Independent contractor / commission-based opportunity.
Requirements:
Active California Real Estate License
Must be familiar with Sherman Oaks, Studio City, North Hollywood, and surrounding San Fernando Valley neighborhoods
Reliable transportation
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Apartment leasing experience preferred
Ability to conduct weekday and weekend showings
Important:
All leases are 12-month terms only; we do not offer short-term rentals.
Management reviews all applications and makes the final tenant approval decisions.
Leasing agent is responsible for marketing, showings, prospect follow-up, and assisting applicants through the process.
