We are seeking a dedicated, experienced Apartment Manager to join our team in the San Fernando Valley. This position is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a residential property management environment and has a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing 30 to 80 units.
Position Details:
Location: San Fernando Valley, CA
Units: 30ā80- will vary depending on location
Employment: Part-Time and Full-Time positions available
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience
Housing: Apartment included as part of the compensation package
Responsibilities Include:
* Cleaning property
* Overseeing daily operations of the property
* Leasing and tenant relations
* Rent collection and enforcing lease compliance
* Coordinating maintenance and repairs
* Managing vendors
* Handling notices, inspections, and general administrative duties
Qualifications:
* **Minimum 5 years of experience managing multifamily properties
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Knowledge of fair housing laws and local ordinances
* Computer proficiency for rent collection, reporting, and leasing software
* Bilingual a a plus
