Wholesale Glass & Supplies, Inc. - Has a full-time position available for a Customer Service Representative
Some of the duties include:
• Managing a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Processing and entering customer orders with precision, creating quotes, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Handling administrative tasks, including processing invoices and managing work orders
• Tagging glass orders
• Processing orders at the front desk at our showroom
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and strong data entry skills
• Competency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• A positive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail
• Experience in the glass, construction, or building materials market is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Willingness to learn scope of products stocked and details
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• This is an office position only (not remote)
• Hours 7:30am – 4:30pm Monday-Friday
