A NEEDED WORTHY RANT...
Good caring people and real landlords existing in 2025 appears to be near impossible to find on here thanks to the endless scammer's and lonely bitter angry scumbags with no life wanting to take advantage of renters but can't whence called out or ignored then not getting their way so they endlessly flag posts. So sad, really sad what one will do when hiding hiding behind a screen.
For me, it's almost October already and I only have another day left to find and secure a new rental to move into. So why does it have to be so difficult to find a private rental, not one to share the bed of the many described? This isn't the slightest humorous at all; "favors" are not included, male or female.
Our world is such a different place today. I'm trying to work around this, lowering my rental expectations to even find a temporary place. I have limitations without a car to search or the area I must be. I have money to pay the move in and monthly rent. And on and on but that's not the issue
I haven't even spoken to one real prospective landlord by email or phone nor even looked at one property. Rental properties are posted all over online yet the only who ever responds, if that, are scammers or undesirables.
My hotel is paid one more day. The only money I have left is set aside for the move, untouchable for anything else. Am I to give in ending up in danger on the streets; I wouldn't last one day. No matter, I'd never give in to any fake rentals.
Will I find answers in time, or will this be just the beginning of the worst nightmare of 2025 overflowing with scammers and scumbags vs real landlords filled with kindness and humanity
