ABOUT ME: I’ve lived and worked in Agoura Hills and Oak Park for 30+ yrs. I still pinch myself and feel our area is “HEAVEN ON EARTH!” I raised most of my (4)children here and was very active in our schools and community.
I’m a full-time professional and G’ma of 3 that live out of state. 👼👼👼 (FaceTime family calls are essential!)

On the way, Agoura Hand CarWash is where I get gas but also cute greeting cards, gifts or say hi to the sweet staff while I possibly grab a treat! 🙋♀️🥤🍪🤭

I’ve repeated this fact because utilities have gone UP in PRICE. IF you’re told
“Shared Utilities” for another rental, please read on…
BUYER BEWARE of Renting ROOMS or HOMES that say “SHARED UTILITIES” and what that will REALLY cost you each month. The cost is dependent on many factors, including USAGE HABITS and AGE of equipments plus ENERGY RATING of applicances. INTERNET, CABLE & WIFI companies have all increased rates. Energy has increased in price and the bills are unknown factors. They will vary, month-to-month, season-to-season.
When sharing the cost, it can be a situation ripe for argument. Or fights may ensue due to differences in habits and usage.
However, ALL UTILITIES are INCLUDED in my monthly price! I only ask that we all be mindful about energy usage and have consideration about costs and our environment.
I keep the home cooled comfortably for all. That is especially important as we head into the summer heat!
-NO Drugs, Smoking of any kind or Pets(other than Landlord’s).
