12x11.5' room with a great mountain view. You will share a bathroom with my other roommate, who is very clean and generally just a good all around person.
We are looking for a new roommate to share our 3-bedroom apartment. We are in our 40s, both with full time jobs. One is hybrid, in office 2 days a week, and the other is typically in the office 4-5 days a week. I do comedy in my free time and my roommate is an actor.
We're in Burbank in a nice location, Glenoaks and Magnolia area, close to downtown Burbank (10-min walk to the mall, movies, decent number of restaurants). Also near Metro Gold Line.
The room comes with a parking spot in a gated lot. We all share the kitchen and try to keep it clean. There is on-site laundry, and the general vibe of the complex is friendly.

- We'd like to live with a mature, employed, friendly person
- Have a job. The landlord is cool, but be aware that he will ask for a credit check.
- No parties, no smoking, no pets. We're done with the partying days.
