I have a partly or completely unfurnished unit coming available within a shared Burbank home with a private entrance. You would come through gate at top of drive, walk through a beautiful patio that your windows look out on and enter through a private entrance at rear of home. Or you can use the front door near the kitchen. The wood door you see pictured with the green wall around it leads first into a smaller room that serves as a simple kitchenette/office. That room leads into an extra large studio/bedroom. The large master bathroom can be entered from both the small and large room. The exterior bathroom door leads to a shared washer and dryer under a roof outside main kitchen. Living in this unit can be entirely private with no shared interior space with homeowner or sharing common house kitchen and front entrance as you prefer.
There is a fully fenced yard so a dog is possible as well as cats. Currently the unit has a super comfortable queen size bed with 4 large drawers below if you want this. There is a full size refrigerator and a few food prep appliances provided. While there is a simple kitchen set up in your private unit, you would also have access to the shared house kitchen as you like and access to its additional supplies and the full size oven/range. The large bedroom has a large walk in closet with built in shelves and lots of hanging space and there is a small closet in the small room.
There are lovely outdoor seating and eating spaces, perfect for meditation and contemplation.
The location is amazing, on a very quiet dead end street 1/2 block from the Whole Foods on Alameda in Burbank. Its close to Warner Brothers, Disney Studios and Universal Studios. Lots of street parking and a residential parking permit can be obtained; otherwise its 2 hour parking during business hours.
$ 2000 per month includes all utilities and internet. Move in costs include 1st and last month's rent and $250 refundable damage/cleaning deposit. Unit can be shown starting November 1, but we can speak now to see if we are a potential good fit. Available for move-in November 7, 2025. No smoking, no drugs. I will verify income and speak to your references.
