Bathroom is shared with F roommate, utilities typically average around $72 a month. Apartment has underground parking with so much extra parking that you'll be the envy of every driving friend in LA- no more Uber rides from your parked car to home. We also have a pool, two hot tubs, gym, sauna, and a definitely not haunted underground racquetball court that you don't need to ask if it's haunted because it's 100% not haunted. Central air/heating, dishwasher, multiple laundry rooms located across the complex.
We're located on Verdugo and Hollywood Way, 3 mins from NYFA and a Whole Foods/Trader Joes, with a boxing and pilates gym across the street along with a sushi restaurant- it's literally the LA experience at 50% the LA cost thanks to rent control.
About us: nonsmokers (you can smoke long as it's outside though), not big partiers unless you're talking D&D. There's two small dogs in the house, both are senior though and very chill. We like to keep things clean- seriously, we're adults, if you're the type to leave dishes in sink for days this isn't for you.
I work from home as a writer and roommate is an actor, ideally looking for someone our age (20s and 30s) who obviously likes/tolerates dogs and isn't going to ask too many questions about the underground racquetball court.
