Hi, I am looking for a roommate to share a one-bedroom apartment. Female preferred, Rent will be based on whether if you want the
full EMPTY bedroom or share the closet and share the space so I can leave a tool box in there. I am looking for someone who doesn't have much furniture aside of your Bed, dresser, and personal items, YOU CAN have your own Mini Fridge and Microwave in there if you wish. The bathroom will be shared. Very light cooking, and I will share a small space in the fridge if needed; I would appreciate if you maintain the Kitchen & Fridge cleaned at all times. The apartment is very clean, Street parking, quiet building, if you smoke, just do it outside the building, not inside.
I am looking for someone who works, pays rent on time. I understand if you don't get paid on time and will take a few more days, just don't make it a habit. I am a mature male (Please do not think any other way !!!), very respectful, respect others' privacy, strong values etc. Rent will range from $750 to $1,100, depending on whether you want the full bedroom or the living room and other amenities. I have a loving, small, well-trained NON BARKING !! DOG; the apartment does not even smell like there is a pet. If you don't like pets, dogs, this is not for you. A deposit will be required first and last; if you do not have the deposit, I can give you a few days to get it. Thank you for reading.
