and kitchen privileges ( laundry available in park only not in home)

Requested expectations

**we feel it's important to have someone there at night while mom is sleeping
rent would be $ 850 without helping out THUS
HOWEVER except in lueu of $350 dollars off of it we NEED some assistance with our mom and help around the house -staying overnight helps make mom feel secure that's all and someone who is willing to communicate openly with her she wants to feel comfortable with people in her own home

Expectations for a roommate
**clean the house n bathrooms 1x a week
**take garbage out regularly as it fills up without being asked
** do all house dishes as needed
**walk the doggies daily around 6pm to dog park in the park
**change doggy potty pads when needed through the day
** Assist bringing groceries in and putting them away, coordinate shopping as she does it so you can help with the heavier groceries
** clean out her portable toilet daily

COMMUNICATION is key

NOTE; mom is still very self sufficient, Still drives, most of the time, her issue is more with bending over or lifting heavier things

cable n internet wi-fi provided in room, and laundry is in the park

ROOM will be available either Nov 1st or mid november as soon as current roommate moves out
If ad is up, it's available

We are conducting interview by phone initially so inquire with daughter in law MARY 1st

Home is a double wide mobile home

Park is on plumber n 1 block off Desoto
