This room has been listed for a little while simply because we’ve been waiting for the right tenant to come along. We’ve had plenty of interest, but most people were only looking for short-term stays of one or two months. We’re really hoping to find someone who wants a comfortable, long-term home—ideally a minimum 6-month lease.

I live in a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2 full bathroom Condo in a quiet section of a large apartment complex. Small, private fenced in backyard. (The only tenant with a backyard). You will have your Bedroom with your own bathroom. And your own private entrance. I have 1 small dog. So, no more pets.
The complex has a washer dryer, and pool on site. You will also have full access to the kitchen to cook.
