Our 3rd roommate is moving so we need to find someone to take over her room, either short or long term! The two of us you'll be living with are in our 30's and work in the entertainment industry 10+ years. We are both very busy and out of the house a lot and rarely have guests over so it's definitely not a party house and you'd have lots of space. We are 420 friendly, LGBT+. We can call/facetime/meet in person to chat more and so you can see the house!
The house has 2 living rooms, a huge dining room, the most stunning kitchen EVER and incredible views all around. Your bedroom already has a new bed and mattress but it can be removed if you prefer, and you would be sharing a gorgeous vintage-tile bathroom with both tub and shower with the 3rd housemate, but she will be out of town most of December and usually sleeps at her partner's house other than maybe one night a week so it would basically be all yours. Wifi and all that is already set up.
