Rent with utilities is $1440. Need someone to move in by November 1st.
The room is pretty spacious and it has it’s own bathroom.
The apartment complex is owned by Legacy At Westglen. It has laundry machines, a pool, and a gym.
I am a guy in my early 30s that works at a comic book store in Glendale. I also write and do film/video work from time to time. I’m generally pretty easy to get along with.
I should also mention that there is a make shift room in the living room we created using room dividers. There is a tenant living there at the moment (She has been living there for about 3 years and is a good respectful roommate)
Must be vaccinated against Covid-19 and be willing to sign an 11 month lease (though this can be negotiable)
