The house is shared with students and/or young professionals either graduates or undergraduates at established schools like Art Center, USC, Culinary of Arts, and other prestigious schools. And young professionals in their mid 20 s, that work for Disney and JPL NASA, just too name a few.
The house is enormous with two huge living rooms, one located in the back of the house, one in the front (which you get to decorate with one other person whom you share the front of the house with), great big kitchen with marble counters and lots of storage, terrace that over-looks the backyard and spiral staircase that goes down to the garage where the washer/dryer are located and an attached accessory apartment for one other person who lives there.
