A private room with a shared bathroom (shared with one other female) is available in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. The house is fully furnished aside from the available bedroom and is located in North Hills, 10 minutes away from Cal State Northridge.

You would have two other roommates total. We are respectful, responsible, clean, and typically keep to ourselves so we are looking for someone similar.
Rent is $912 + Utilities
The house is very spacious and there is plenty of space to park in the driveway so you don't have to worry about looking for street parking.

Small dogs will be considered but must be house trained.

The room is available November 1st but if you are looking to move sooner than that please let us know and we can see what can be worked out!
The property is run by a management company so you would be required to submit an application and you would be subject to a credit check. A deposit is also required.
