We are looking for Clean and Responsible persons to rent rooms in a rental house. It is a house for professionals, Post graduates, and college students. Full kitchen, air conditioning, wifi-internet and Cleaning crew cleans Kitchen, bathroom and public area twice a month.

0.25-1 mile ( 2-3 min. drive or 10-15 minutes walking to the campus) from California State University Northridge (CSUN)
4.00 miles from Van Nuys Airport

How much? Private bedrooms with shared bathroom: $900, 950 plus $150 flat utilities fee, wifi, cleaning service to kitchen, bathrooms and public areas. Available now.
Deposit: one month rent.
