We are looking for Clean and Responsible persons to rent a room in a rental house. It is a house for professionals, Post graduates, and college students. Full kitchen, air conditioning, wifi-internet and Cleaning crew cleans Kitchen, bathroom and public area twice a month.

0.25-1 mile ( 2-3 min. drive or 10-15 minutes walking to the campus) from California State University Northridge (CSUN)
4.00 miles from Van Nuys Airport
3.00 miles from I-405, 3.00 miles from the CA-118.
How Much?
Private bedroom with shared bathroom:$900 or $950 plus $150 flat utilities fee, wifi, cleaning service to kitchen, bathrooms and public areas depends on room sizes.
Deposit: one month rent.
lease preferred and renewable thereafter.
