Hello,
I'm going to be a 2nd year Master's student at CSUN for the upcoming fall semester. I'm currently looking for a professional individual to take over my current roommates lease and share a 2-bedroom apartment with.
The room is spacious, you will have your own bathroom, and your own parking spot in a parking garage. The room will be UNFURNISHED(what you see is my current roommates setup), TV can come with for $50.
Rent is $1340 + utilities which include WiFi and electricity; Wi-Fi is $35 every month and electricity can range anywhere between $30-$100 every 2 months. There would also be a deposit that equals the first months rent.
Located in Northridge, CA just 5 minutes from CSUN and 2-3 minutes from the Northridge mall.
Must have good credit and some form of income. To be clear, I'm looking for an individual who can join me on a lease, so you'll need to qualify for it.
