The Private Room with shared bathroom and kitchen is approximately 110 sq ft. and is located on the 1st floor, starting at 1150/month.
We also have two larger rooms on the second floor, which start at 1250 a month all inclusive.
The shared bathrooms, kitchen and common areas are professionally cleaned weekly. We make sure the house is always clean for our residents. This is a nice home that is totally renovated.
We allow quiet dogs, cats, etc.

The most economical room is priced as follows.
SINGLE OCCUPANT= $900/mo in room fees plus $250/mo in utilities or $1150/mo all inclusive (based on one year occupancy minimum).
COUPLES= $1000/mo in room fees plus $225/mo in utilities per person (450) or $1400 a month all inclusive (based on one year occupancy minimum)
OCCUPANT(S) with approved pets add $50.00/mo for each pet (3 maximum)
If occupants desire to stay less than one year, please add $100 per month in your calculations. (the shortest term we will allow is 6 months).
We require the equivalent of whatever your monthly fee is as a security deposit. There is a standard $35 background check for all residents.
