We have a room for rent in our 4-bedroom, 2-bath home. The four (one of the guys is moving out) of us currently living here all male (One gay 💁🏽♂️😁, two not 🧑🔧). We’re responsible, considerate, clean, respectful, and drug-free. If you share these values, you’d be an ideal fit!
Our home is a calm and serene space—seriously, it’s super Zen. We even have a 7ft water fountain to prove it! 😉 We get along well and are working-class professionals.
We’re looking for someone who is communicative and comfortable interacting with housemates. You’d be surprised how challenging this can be for some folks! 🤷🏽♂️
We don’t have constant in-and-out traffic, and we prefer to keep it that way. Our home is our sanctuary, and we want to maintain that peaceful environment. Things that would disrupt our space include:

Because this is a shared household, and we all use certain common items, the following are included in your rent:

You're simply responsible for your own personal items, such as hygiene products. So, that’s a few expenses you can cross off your list! ✅
EV Charging Available
🚗⚡ There is an EV charger on the property. If charging your EV is something you're interested in, we can work out an arrangement to accommodate your charging needs.
Cleanliness ; Bathroom Rotation
🧼 There is a cleaning rotation for the bathroom, which is cleaned weekly.
Again, we have a clean home, and it’s imperative that the bathroom be cleaned weekly to maintain cleanliness and respect other housemates. If cleaning isn’t your thing, this may not be the place for you.
That said, cleaning the bathroom has never been an issue in the past. It’s a fairly easy task if you clean up after yourself when you're finished using it.

Bonus Tidbits
📸 After taking a picture of the kitchen, I realized it looks like a T-Mobile store! 🤦🏽 (Don’t worry, no phone plans are being sold here—just a well-kept kitchen!)
🎄 I also shared a picture of our Christmas tree to say this: We truly do get along and communicate with each other in the home. So much so that we even do gift exchanges during Christmas. If you're looking for a place where housemates actually interact and respect each other, this might be the place for you!
Move-In Details:
💰 Rent: $1,000/month
💰 Deposit: $400
💰 Total Move-In Cost: $1,400
📄 Month-to-month rental agreement for mutual protection
