What we are looking for:
A new renter in October (by November 1st). Nita and Justin here (no, we are not a couple lol), and we are both really laid back, tidy and organized. We both travel a lot. Justin's in the music industry (he manages an A-list DJ) and I have my own business and I contract in Behavioral Health. Neither of us have guests very often and if we do, we don't do overnights. It's pretty quiet and like I said, we are both very easy going.
Ideal Renter:
A non-smoker, no pets, no kids, tidy, professional and/or traveler. You enjoy your peace and quiet, but you're easy-going, and definitely NOT anal or tedious. 30's-40's would be great, but we are not limited. It just seems to be our vibe here. Focused, goal-oriented, optimistic, and you value healthy eating & fitness, friendly attitude, privacy, and don't have many guests (if any).
The Property Location:
In Sherman Oaks, where the 405 & 101 intersect, just off of Ventura Blvd. We are on a tree-lined street, lots of needs/recreation/shops/restaurants within walking distance.
The Room:
It's extremely spacious, has its own private full restroom, large walk-in closet, and a large window. It will be unfurnished (unless you'd like the sofa and desk/chair and shelves that it currently has, the previous renter will not be taking those).
Shared Space:
Common areas are restocked at all times with needed items (kitchen towels, paper towels, sponges, trash can/bags, etc.) and we don't hang out much in the living room, mostly in our rooms if we're home. There is cleaning service sometimes, and your room/bathroom can be included in the cleaning, if you wish.
Parking:
Tons of free street parking, no permit necessary. There are always lots of open spots on our street. It's a great neighborhood.
