To hold the room till you get all papers together and/or so I can make the appointment with the resident manager there's a 100.00 Holding Deposit in cash or money order (have papers ready upon viewing ideally if you choose to reserve the place for you), that goes towards your first months rent upon managements approval of you. A quick background check is done by them of all residents (it's security building, a good thing these days), they need $40.00 cash for that. You will be approved by them if things are pre-approved by me. I have to make an appointment with them with their quick interview with you and wait for them to fit you in and give us appointment with the resident manager, so the sooner you get me what they want, the sooner I can get you what you want, and give you the keys to your new room.
