FURNISHED private bedroom for rent with your own private bathroom (inside 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom.), Kitchen privileges includes a little room in the refrigerator (enough for microwave meal(s) and a quart of ?). Use of microwave and dining table. Bed NOT included (bring your own) THERE'S ROOM FOR A TWIN BED ONLY, Large Double Desk, 13 drawers in filing cabinets (use as a dresser), sofa, and coffee table. Walk-in closet. NO ROOM FOR ANY OTHER FURNITURE, so not allowed, sorry. Skylite in Bathroom. Clean person ONLY and that will be checked 1-2x per month so management if they have to work in that room, will approve of your stay. Non-Smoker, non-drinker ONLY. NO PETS of any kind allowed by management, sorry.
Garage parking is tandem (one in front of the other) so we need to answer our cell phones or text ALWAYS when parking to see who has to exit first. Covered garage is safely secured with bars on the door (opener for you).
*Utilities included IF you have a FULL-TIME job (can be a student or intern with a scholarship). IF you work at home, or do NOT work full time the utilities will NOT be included as you use more utilities, so utilities bills will be SPLIT 50/50 and you will pay half of them. Rent is $900.00 + $900.00 Security Deposit for Damages ONLY (not last months rent). $100.00 keys deposit for 2 keys (1 apt door, 1 exterior bld. door), plus $100.00 deposit for Garage clicker and TV remote. Total: 2000.000 to move in. Month to month rent after (1 YEAR MINIMUM RENT required by management), longer stays WELCOME!!! Rent to be paid in Cash or Money Order on the 1st of each month (I am clean, quiet and here many years).
If serious, the management and myself need a copy of the following: (2 copies total) of Drivers License, Social Security Card, 2 months banking statements with rental savings proof of 2 months, 2 copies of free credit report. To hold the room till you get all papers together and/or so I can make the appointment with the resident manager there's a 100.00 Holding Deposit in cash or money order (have papers ready upon viewing ideally if you choose to reserve the place for you), that goes towards your first months rent upon managements approval of you. A quick background check is done by them of all residents (it's security building, a good thing these days), they need $40.00 cash for that. You will be approved by them if things are pre-approved by me. I have to make an appointment with them with their quick interview with you and wait for them to fit you in and give us appointment with the resident manager, so the sooner you get me what they want, the sooner I can get you what you want, and give you the keys to your new room.
