This has been my office for about 30 years. It has not moved for that long. Also, it has been under a permanent canopy the entire time and has not been exposed to direct sun or any weather.

It is 30' by 10' and has two offices. A smaller 10' x 10' in the front and a 20' x 10' in the back. It is completely furnished. Desks, nice couch, TV, video monitors, chairs, etc.... Also comes with separate air conditioners in each office. It also comes with a powerful generator which has a professionally installed transfer switch. All clean title and current registrations in tact.

Since it has not been moved in 30 years, it would very likely need new tires to transport.

I need this removed by September 5, so it's a steel at this price. Need a BIG truck to transport this.
