Hello everyone ! I am a 30 year old woman who works as a Librarian looking to rent a room. I work 2 jobs, have 2 side gigs, & visit my boyfriend in Pasadena on the weekends, so I am rarely home. Despite that, I will be reliable with paying my share of the rent & utilities, & also maintain my shared space to keep it clean & organized. The most I can pay is $750, & I prefer something with utilities included. Although my location is Reseda, I am looking for anything in the Valley, although I prefer the West Valley since it's close to my jobs. Looking forward to finding the right fit ! :)
