Seeking for available non-shared private room rental (SW SFV)

There's actually some good people on here just like some good rentals, either to prove themselves true as yet.. Please help me find some real legitimate private non-shared rentals over the few listed on here? Let me know ASAP please!
It's not only frustrating with the many illegal rentals, scams and fake landlords out there but now fearing having only 1-day left to source, secure and arrange to move-in to a new home or end up well, I'd rather not imagine what would happen to me!
Searching online has only returned scams and creeps or no response at all. It's not me personally as I never reply or spoken to or met with any of these rental types.
I've had to downsize temporarily so I'm not asking much but can't even get any referrals. So if you can help here, please I've run out of time. I'm a Valley native with years of rental experience & a great tenant, yet have never had problems like this.
I'm searching in the areas of W Sherman Oaks, Encino, Tarzana, Woodland Hills or near to, walkable adjacent to Ventura Blvd. I'm searching for a furnished guest house / adu or private room and entrance, either with a private bath and at least a kitchenette set up.
Again, please if you can help me locate a legitimate non-shared rental as described, please do reply with complete info and photos as I am out of time
