Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Telemarketing Sales Rep to join our office team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and administrative skills, skilled in sales, be proficient with computers and data entry. Previous experience in the home improvement industry.
Responsibilities:
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly, following up with potential customers that may lead to sales.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks
Collaborate with team members to enhance office management processes
Requirements:
Previous office experience or clerical experience in sales is preferred
Cold calling, Outbound and Inbound Calls, Closing sales
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Strong computer skills with a focus on data entry accuracy
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Experience in customer service or customer support roles is highly valued
Experience in the Home Improvement Industry
Knowledge of bookkeeping practices is advantageous (not required), especially experience with QuickBooks and Excel
Work schedule: Sunday through Thursday 10:00am-7:00pm Fridays and Saturdays off.
