If so, we have an exceptional opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as a Sales Executive and Closer in the Greater Los Angeles Area. We are looking for closers with a proven track record to join our team. We are curating high end real estate investment shows through out the United States in all the major cities with the opportunity to travel abroad .At Dubai Luxury Real Estate Investment Show , we specialize in selling high-end Dubai real estate. This role is perfect for those who excel in high-energy environments and are eager to make substantial earnings through an uncapped commission structure.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

- Establish commonality and build rapport quickly with prospective future owners.
- Effectively articulate the benefits of owning a piece of Luxury Dubai real estate.
- Conduct face-to-face presentations with prospective owners.
- If you are a closer we will put you in front of our pre qualified prospects.
- Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques.
- Communicate the benefits of owning investment property in Dubai.
- Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training sessions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Effectively present and deliver sales presentations in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals (80% of the time).

- Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings, stay current on sales information and materials, industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually (20% of the time).

Travel Requirements:

- Travel is required as needed throughout the US and Outside the United States. There will be multiple shows in every major city from US to Canada.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, specifically selling timeshares, real estate or any high-end product or service.
- Must maintain production standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to work weekends only, whenever we have a show.
- If you've traveled Dubai is a plus.

Training Requirements:

- Initial Training covering our sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Needs to be able to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle.
- Must be energetic, outgoing, and tenacious.
- General smart device skills.
