Overview
We are seeking two highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our growing team. One will conduct inhouse sales and the other outside sales B2B and wholesale. We are a manufacturer and supplier for a variety of kitchen and bath products. The ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service, interior design, and a strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. This role is essential in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience in our retail environment, as well as our outside presence to other businesses. We pay our sales representatives hourly plus commission! Duties
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Utilize effective communication skills to explain product features and benefits.
Create quotes, invoices, and operate POS systems accurately, ensuring smooth transactions.
Create kitchen designs/layout using 2020 Design.
Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional phone etiquette.
Perform upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
Maintain knowledge of products codes and sizes to assist customers in a more effective way.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and enhance the shopping experience.
Ensure the showroom is well-organized and clean.
Utilize our task management tool(Asana) to complete customers inquiries, send out quotes, and set up delivery orders for products.
Create estimates for kitchen cabinets based on customer measurements using our Design Software.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in kitchen and bath or interior design products.
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with customers effectively.
Familiarity with sale operations, quotes, invoices, and POS systems.
Familiarity using 2020 Design to create kitchen design/layout (Preferred but we can train)
Bilingual candidates in Spanish are highly desirable for effective communication with a diverse customer base.
Experience in kitchen cabinetry is a plus, but not required.
Ability to perform basic retail math calculations accurately.
A proactive attitude towards upselling products and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be able to work Saturdays but you can take any other day off( if desired ).
