Foundation, concrete and structural repair, rehabilitation/restoration contractor located in Santa Clarita is seeking an inside customer intake specialist to handle incoming calls and outbound sales follow-ups.
This is a full-time position working in our office handling incoming B2B and B2C calls, emails and responding to online inquires for services.
You will have a competitive hourly wage, sales commission, and bonuses (based on performance).
The start date is immediate.

The hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday
You will be the first point of contact for all inbound calls and emails; therefore, it is important for you to be ‘on your game’ daily.
Punctuality and reliability are a must for this position.

We are a specialty contractor for large construction projects, emergency repairs and rehabilitation jobs for our diverse client base which includes property management companies, government municipalities, public utility companies, as well as private residential clients and builders.

The prime candidate will be capable of professional level customer interaction to explain our services, set appointments for our company CEO and make follow-up calls, with a drive for closing sales for our company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle all B2B/B2C customer inquiries from the dozen lead sources we receive daily.
• Manage and maintain a contact database, with daily weekly and monthly reporting.
• Research new customer opportunities.
• assist our VP of Business development with follow up calls and emails to develop B2B relationships that will turn into business opportunities.
• Submit project proposals to customers for work, and maintain open communications with clients from initial conversation to completion of projects.

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS
• 3 plus years’ experience in B2B/B2C related business development, technical sales preferred with emphasis on overcoming objections.
• EXTREMELY DETAILED with strong communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written customer services skills required.
• Absolute command of English, both written and spoken. Capable of writing engaging emails and corresponding with potential clients.
• Contact database management skills beyond basic data input. composing and managing email trickle campaigns.

COMPENSATION
Starting hourly rate of up to $28.00 per hour, plus commission, and bonuses based on performance.
Income, commission, and bonuses can easily surpass $120,000.00 for the driven candidate.
Top performers can expect to make up to $5,000 per month in commissions within 90 days, plus $1,200 per week in regular pay.
Paid vacation, sick time (after 90 days) and paid holidays.
Extensive software and product training is included.
