We are looking for a part-time executive assistant and office admin to be added to our App based company with opportunities to grow to a full-time management position. Must reside in Los Angeles area.
The candidates need to have a very strong knowledge of the following but not limited to:
• Degree in Computer Technology and or Information Technology
• Software Design/Engineering
• Android and IOS technologies
• Cloud Servers such as Azure and Amazon
• SDLC-software development life cycle methodology
• VOIP system management
• PLC-programmable logic controller
• Help set up and troubleshoot cloud web hosting services, including interfacing with ICANN for initial set along with maintaining databases
• Setting up polices regarding customer service and compliance.
Other must haves:
- Professional email and verbal communication
- Creating Social Media platforms
- Maintaining Social Media platforms
- Sense of urgency to accomplish numerous deadlines
- Pro-active mindset
- Ability to accomplish multiple high priority tasks with excellent time management
