This elliptical served me well when I was into HIIT (it's great for that!), but I've had to dial back my exertion level and get a simple treadmill instead. This is a great machine, very comfortable stride length (I'm 5'7", longish legs), and super quiet. It has a shorter footprint than many comparable machines, which is another great feature for smaller spaces. ❤ Pick up in PMC; need (at least) two strong lifters!!
